Job summary

Synertex LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to support mission operations in Bethesda, MD. You will analyze workflows, develop SOPs, RACI matrices, and process maps, and drive governance and documentation standards in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, coordinating reviews, and ensuring secure, accessible repositories. A strong emphasis on stakeholder coordination and leadership-ready outputs is required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in business process analysis or related fields.
• Proven ability to create SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, and checklists.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating stakeholder sessions.
• Ability to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
• Experience in fast-paced mission environments with leadership-ready docs.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain business processes using SOPs, process maps, swim lanes, and RACI matrices.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies for improvements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for the team.
• Coordinate reviews, gather SME input, and maintain version control for docs.
• Publish, store, and maintain documentation in secure repositories.
• Prepare read-aheads and manage action items for leadership reviews.
• Support tool and workflow development by documenting changes and testing.
• Maintain organized records of process products, decisions, and knowledge bases.
• Ensure compliance with information handling and governance standards.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership through governance channels.
