• Provides input to product strategy and R&D of new products.
• Establishes production and quality standards, budgets, costs, and delivery dates.
• Guides development of manufacturing process plans including resources and tooling.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates manufacturing with other functions and suppliers for optimum resources.
• Reviews reports and directs problem resolution to minimize delays and costs.
• Trains staff and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Supervises up to 5 subordinate supervisors and 50+ employees across multiple departments.
