Job summary

Performance Team is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities and the development of company products. You will lead a team to ensure production plans, quality standards, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple functions and suppliers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse operations management, a year of cold storage experience, and a track record in fast-paced environments with strong cost control skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience.
• Experience in production based/fast paced environment; warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and tracks delivery dates of products.
• Guides development of manufacturing process plan including personnel, materials, subcontractors, facilities, tooling.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs.
• Trains and ensures staff comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
