Aptive Environmental is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Chicago service center. In this full-time role, you’ll drive customer and employee retention, optimize labor and production, manage inventory and fleets, and guide staffing with the recruiting lead, while delivering high-quality pest control services.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to meet KPIs, coach Service Professionals, and foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture across the operation.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in management and/or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for customer retention, employee retention, and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiencies.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities to ensure proper staffing for the service center.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals, Lead Service Professionals, and Operations Supervisors.
• Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
• Achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to ensure growth and safety of services.
• Deliver training with Operations Trainers and local leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.
