Responsibilities

• Oversee short- and medium-term service operations for several departments or units.
• Oversee the Smart Forms and PDF Forms teams, including technologies, roadmaps and support.
• Develop and communicate plans for key aspects of internal communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and standardization.
• Set performance objectives and ensure achievement of annual business goals.
