Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior operations leader to manage development and implementation of processes, systems, and infrastructure ensuring high quality and timely operations across account services, international securities, transaction processing, or loan support/credit approval.

The role requires oversight of multiple departments within a processing unit, with a hybrid schedule including in-office days in Southfield, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree(s) in accounting/finance related fields or equivalent experience.
• Experience with reconciliation processes and financial controls.
• Familiarity with FINRA certifications (SIE/S99) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently reviews complex cash/share reconciliation issues and determines corrective actions.
• Contacts internal/external customers and depositories to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Processes complex reconciliation reports and uses related databases and third party apps.
