Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.

• FINRA SIE and Series 99 within 120 days (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage development and implementation of processes, systems, and infrastructure to ensure high quality, timely operations.
• Provide leadership and oversight of operational products, technologies, and processes, including roadmaps and improvements.
• Manage a significant operational area and oversee multiple departments or units.
• Oversee Smart Forms and PDF Forms teams, including roadmaps, system enhancements, and support.
• Establish and manage product and technology roadmaps with IT and vendors.
• Develop plans for internal communications under guidance from seniors.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes aligned with business needs.
• Measure and report performance; set objectives and ensure delivery of annual goals.
