Job summary

Emerald Transformer seeks an Operations Manager II to lead multiple operational units in Waco, TX. You will direct production, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams, ensuring schedule adherence and cost efficiency.

You will develop strategic plans with senior management to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain the highest quality standards while fostering a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field is preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant managerial experience in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to department managers and supervisors across production, quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute plans to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee production schedules, analyze data, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality transformer products.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to enforce strict quality controls and compliance.
• Manage resources and budget, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
