Job summary

Emerald Technologies is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager for the Brea, CA facility. You will lead production, quality, logistics, and maintenance, driving Lean initiatives and cost reductions while aligning operations with customer expectations and corporate goals.

The role demands 7+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams in electronics manufacturing or high-reliability environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including plant/operations management.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or high-reliability environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to analyze operational and financial data and drive improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations across production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to meet business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence through Lean, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and financial performance.
• Develop and lead plant leadership teams with a culture of accountability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and safety policies.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency.
