Emerald Technologies is seeking a Plant Manager for the Brea, CA facility. You will oversee production, quality, logistics, and maintenance, driving safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of leadership in electronics manufacturing, with strong Lean and data-driven decision making, and excellent people leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in electronics/manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant operations including production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, delivery, productivity, and financial performance.
• Develop and coach plant leadership teams to sustain accountability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company procedures.
