Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee warehousing, receiving and shipping activities. You will mentor associates, train on SOPs, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in daily operations. The role requires forklift operation and basic warehouse computer skills.

You will coordinate shipments, verify paperwork, and help maintain orderly, compliant processes while supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate MHE (forklift and related equipment).
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures in warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and staging of outbound shipments.
• Load orders accurately according to doors and trailers.
• Maintain quality control by verifying paperwork and product conditions.
• Supervise safety, housekeeping and compliance in the warehouse.
• Support training of new and existing associates on SOPs and procedures.
• Assist in creating and maintaining productivity and payroll hour records.
