Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and procedures for managing operations safely and profitably.
• Manage operations to meet productivity and service goals and client SLAs.
• Lead Continuous Improvement efforts and cost-saving initiatives.
• Meet client KPIs and comply with Quality system requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff; assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure training adheres to SOPs and monitor trainee performance.
