Job summary

You will oversee production planning, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams, while driving continuous improvement, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Ability to lead teams, manage supervisors, and develop talent in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.
• Strong skills in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production planning, capacity management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Solid understanding of quality management, safety standards, and regulatory compliance in an industrial context.
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and use of ERP or manufacturing execution systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and international teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Experience working in a global organization and comfort with multicultural environments; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester, NY and travel occasionally to other company locations or customer sites as needed.
