Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or business-related field.
• 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 10+ years of leadership including performance management and staffing.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing expertise (6S, Kaizen, change management).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to ensure output meets quality, yield, and safety targets.
• Mentor and develop a diverse workforce focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Apply lean methodologies to eliminate waste and optimize production flow.
• Use production metrics and KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate labor resources and staffing to maximize throughput.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align output with business goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal manufacturing procedures.
