100Hires, Inc. in Rochester, NY seeks a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive Lean Daily Management, and develop a team of up to 25 employees. You will oversee schedules, quality and safety, implement process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to sustain operational excellence.

You will apply Value Stream Mapping, 6S, process mapping and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance quality in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; technical or business background preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing in a regulated environment.
• 10+ years leading teams, managing performance, payroll, staffing, and relations.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality, yield targets, and safety requirements.
• Lead and develop manufacturing teams up to 25 employees.
• Execute Lean Daily Management and apply lean tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Analyze production data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Manage labor planning and resource allocation for optimal staffing and performance.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, Facilities, Occupational Health, Security and others to support objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, quality requirements, and procedures.
• Communicate performance and improvement initiatives to leadership for critical decision-making.
