Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead daily operations at the Logan Township facility in New Jersey. This onsite role will focus on strategic leadership, personnel management, and process optimization to improve efficiency and productivity.

The successful candidate will oversee and motivate teams, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure adherence to contract terms while coordinating with vendors and independent contractors.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; Bachelor's in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 2 in a similar industry.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; combination of experience and education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate results of overall operations and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coach, develop, reward, and manage performance of hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and manage Vendors/Independent Contractors.
