Job summary
Limbach Facility Services LLC seeks an experienced Operations Manager in Massachusetts to ensure and improve performance, productivity, and profitability by delivering design-build infrastructure projects for building owners. You will manage subcontractors, communicate with owner representatives, and help sell projects over $500k from top accounts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a construction-related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in the mechanical HVAC industry.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with on-time delivery and quality.
- Advocate safety culture and company principles.
- Collaborate with sales and branch teams to identify and sell projects.
- Develop talent locally and recruit from the local marketplace.
- Manage costs and cash position on owner-direct projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with building owners and manage PCO processes.
- Ensure projects stay on track and remediate delays on-site.
