Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or Ryder role.
• Experience with Fleet management Software.
• Experience with strategic labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning and scheduling; optimize shift patterns and workload.
• Lead a self-directed management team; manage recruitment, onboarding and performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction, uptime and service delivery.
• Manage location budgets, P&L and cost controls.
• Direct asset, quality and safety initiatives at the shop.
