Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in an operations environment.
• Experience with fleet management software preferred.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Lead a self-directed management team and develop talent.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and cost controls for maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in shop operations.
