Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in an operations environment or demonstrated Ryder-related experience required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Understanding of labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset processes and related metrics is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; knowledge of shop management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, scheduling and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Lead and develop the branch management team, including training, payroll and succession planning.
• Manage customer relationships, uptime, and service delivery; ensure effective communication with customers.
