The ideal candidate has a background in supervising service or installation teams for mechanical and/or electrical products, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and growth in a 100-year-old national company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in a Department/Operations/Project Manager role in service provider industries.
• Ability to work with technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel to operate safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Manage and improve processes to maximize profit and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure jobs are scheduled timely and performed to meet budgeted sales and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate to align operating budgets and monthly sales goals.
• Deliver profit dollars and ROI that meet or exceed annual budgets/forecasts.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
• Lead meetings, set expectations, and hold staff accountable.
• Communicate with customers to solicit feedback and explore new sales opportunities.
