Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an operations professional to own the backbone of a fast-growing tech org. You will translate ambiguous business needs into reliable processes, drive projects from kickoff to measurable outcomes, and give leadership clear visibility into what is working and what needs to change.

In this role, you will optimize headcount planning, procurement, vendor onboarding, and facilities, build dashboards, manage the tools stack, and partner with finance on budgets and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in operations or program management in tech.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
• Experience building dashboards with Looker/Tableau/SQL is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core operating processes: headcount planning, procurement, vendor onboarding, and facilities coordination.
• Run cross-functional projects end-to-end with timelines and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as burn rate and headcount growth.
• Manage the operations tool stack and access controls.
• Partner with finance on budgets and forecasting, flagging variances early.
• Design quarterly reviews and leadership syncs with decision-ready materials.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks, delivering time and cost improvements.
