Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an experienced project/program manager to drive software delivery across engineering, design, and product teams. You will own plans, timelines, and cross-functional coordination from kickoff through launch, serving as the single source of truth for status, scope, and priorities.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of PM experience in software, hands-on Jira/Confluence, and a proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives with strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience in software
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence; agile delivery
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with 10+ stakeholders
• Strong written, exec-ready communication
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Bonus: PMP/CSM/PSM; SQL or BI dashboard skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project plans for software initiatives, defining milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
• Run agile ceremonies and cadence: sprint planning, standups, retros, and cross-team syncs
• Manage risk registers and escalation paths; surface blockers to leadership with recommended resolutions
• Coordinate releases across engineering, QA, and platform teams using Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD checkpoints
• Build and maintain status dashboards and executive reporting on timeline, scope, and resource health
• Track budgets and resource allocation across concurrent workstreams, flagging capacity gaps early
• Improve delivery processes by documenting playbooks and rolling out standardized workflows
