Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a senior leader to supervise staff, manage budgets, and build cross‑departmental partnerships in Fontana, CA. This role drives financial performance, strategic planning, and incentive programs while guiding teams through change and growth.

The position requires a strong track record in leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, with a Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of related experience (or equivalent with more years). A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership.
• Alternatively, HS diploma with 9+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, or terminating when necessary.
• Strategically manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs and aligning resources with the financial plan.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners for aligned business objectives.
• Leverage feedback to lead strategic planning and change management to improve team performance.
• Create and implement incentive plans that align with strategic goals and drive high-impact performance.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Salary: $114,048- $142,560 plus target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
• Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
• Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
• Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
