Job Title: Focus Factory Manager

FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global, growing Medical Device manufacturing client in the Columbia, SC area to identify a new Focus Factory Manager. This leadership position will have ownership over production, processes, and people in their assigned product line.

The Focus Factory Manager will be responsible for goal setting, decision making, and driving accountability towards departmental objectives. This is a highly automated, high-speed manufacturing and assembly environment within the Medical Device space.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven operations experience in high-speed manufacturing and assembly
• Experience managing hourly associates, engineers, and technical staff
• Bachelor's degree required; prior Medical Device industry experience preferred
