Job summary

The role focuses on asset reliability, capital project coordination, and coaching of engineers, technicians and operators to meet production plans and quality targets in a demanding industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of Supervisory or Performance Management of a team.
• 2+ years in a Pharma industrial setting preferred.
• Computer literacy with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable operations leadership for maintenance and operations.
• Lead technology-based strategies for plant goals and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach operators, technicians and engineers to improve performance.
• Ensure HR, EHS, and operations collaborate to eliminate unplanned events.
• Coordinate with CapEx, Process Automation, and Process Safety functions to execute plans.
