Job summary
Roquette Newark is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for maintenance, reliability, and asset performance at the Newark site. The position reports to the Site Leader and partners with the Newark Management Team to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Engineering degree is preferred.
- Experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, resources, and priorities.
- Strong experience with maintenance and reliability systems, processes, and strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
