You will collaborate with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.

The role emphasizes developing preventive/predictive maintenance, managing budgets, and leading a team of engineers and planners to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Plan, schedule, budget, and monitor maintenance activities for efficient use of labor, materials, and resources.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and related reliability methods to boost equipment effectiveness and reduce waste.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
