You will partner with plant leadership and production to align strategy with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience, strong PLC/automation knowledge, and a proven ability to manage budgets and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of industrial maintenance or engineering experience with progressive responsibility.
• 3+ years of supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team including supervisors and technicians.
• Drive equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility.
• Manage maintenance programs (PM, PdM, TPM) and CMMS data.
• Align maintenance with business goals and plant leadership expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, capital projects, and vendor performance.
