Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services offers a Senior Operations Management Trainee program designed for senior leaders seeking accelerated career growth. You will train across plasma centers nationwide, with up to 95% travel, culminating in a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocation to a BioLife location.

During the program you will gain hands-on leadership experience, mentorship, and exposure to SOPs and regulated operations, with strong emphasis on team development, exceptional donor service,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift; lifting requirements as described.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training, then 12 months to advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse team, conduct performance reviews, recruit and retain staff.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager, open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced environment, provide operational support, problem-solve.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and support production when needed.
• Travel Opportunities: learn from BioLife leaders nationwide and return home every other weekend.
