BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced, growth-focused leadership development program. You will travel nationwide to learn the business, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for future Plasma Center Operations Manager roles across BioLife’s centers.

Relocation upon program completion is expected. You will begin with an expedited six-month training, followed by a year to attain a Plasma Center Manager position, with mentorship and cross-site

Qualifications

• Leads medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during Trainee Program.
• Relocation to chosen location after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous learning and development through the six-month accelerated training program.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, conduct performance reviews, and support staff planning.
