Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Willingness to relocate as required during the Trainee Program
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers
• Develop as Plasma Center Operations Manager through mentorship and hands-on learning
• Lead a diverse team and support staff planning and recruitment
• Provide operational support and training to ensure smooth center operations
• Contribute to delivering exceptional donor service and production support
• Travel across the country to learn from BioLife team members
