Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide. You will travel frequently (up to 95%) and position yourself for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation after completion.

A typical day includes leading a team, completing hands‑on training, supporting site operations, and developing your leadership skills.

Qualifications

Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
Willingness to travel and work at BioLife locations nationwide.
Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
Lift up to 5 lbs., with occasional lifts up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team, driving performance and development.
Complete the six‑month expedited training, then 12 months to a Plasma Center Manager role.
Network and build relationships across BioLife to support career growth.
Open and operate brand new plasma centers as opportunities arise.
Provide operational support and maintain a fast‑paced team environment.
Deliver exceptional donor service and assist with production when needed.
Travel across the country to learn the business and meet leaders.
