BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program across plasma centers nationwide. You’ll travel extensively, gain hands‑on experience, and advance toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation to various BioLife locations.

The program offers mentorship, fast growth, and exposure to senior leaders as you develop critical operations skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six‑month expedited training program with on‑the‑job mentorship.
• Develop and manage a high‑performing team; conduct reviews and staffing.
• Support operations across BioLife centers and drive guest donor service.
• Advance toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role through networking.
• Travel to BioLife centers nationwide and collaborate with senior leadership.
