Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast‑paced leadership development program across U.S. plasma centers. You will travel up to 95% of the time and rotate through operations roles to prepare for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position.

The program emphasizes hands‑on learning, mentorship, and cross‑center collaboration. Upon completion, you may relocate to a BioLife location and advance into senior operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate to preferred locations after graduation.
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced plasma center environment.
• Support training and mentorship to accelerate leadership growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement center operations improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑center learning and network with BioLife leadership.
• Support donor services and production as needed.
