Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a nationwide leadership development program. You will travel extensively to plasma centers, develop operations expertise, and prepare for accelerated career growth toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and cross-location networking to open and operate new plasma centers as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training, then 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: build a positive environment, conduct performance reviews, and assist in staff planning and recruiting.
• Career Advancement: progress to Plasma Center Operations Manager via training, networking, and cross-location opportunities.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced team setting, provide operational support and problem-solving.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production.
