Job summary

Performance Team in the United States (Georgia) seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities, drive efficiency, and manage P&L and budgets. The role directs multiple departments, develops distribution center plans, and ensures on-time delivery while controlling costs.

You will supervise diverse teams, align operations with customer requirements, and foster process improvements to strengthen the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years related experience in operations/warehouse management.
• Experience with P&L and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations plans, including programs, P&L, and customer requirements.
• Influences development of customer relationship strategies.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, budgets, and cost controls; tracks delivery dates and specifications.
• Guides distribution center process planning, including personnel, materials, safety, facilities, and equipment requirements.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Reviews reports and resolves operational and maintenance issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Manages warehouse operations data and reporting; assigns responsibilities and trains staff.
