Job summary

Performance Team in Groveport, OH seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale warehouse and distribution activities. You will oversee DC operations, plan budgets, and align with customer requirements to ensure on-time, cost-effective service.

The role requires a BA/BS and 5–10 years of related experience with strong P&L management. Spanish skills are a plus, and you will manage supervisors across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years related experience and/or training.
• P&L experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains DC operations business plans, including programs, P&L, and customer requirements.
• Provides input to customer relationship strategy development.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budgets and cost controls.
• Guides distribution center process planning, including personnel, material, safety, facility, and equipment needs.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates activities with other functions and suppliers for optimal resource use.
• Reviews reports and resolves operational maintenance problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Performs administrative duties for warehouse operations and data reporting.
• Defines staff responsibilities to meet business objectives.
• Trains staff to comply with policies and regulations.
