Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee large-scale warehousing and distribution activities on the 2nd shift. You will manage multiple functions, develop center plans, control costs, and drive customer-focused performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This full-time, on-site role requires a BA/BS with 5–10 years of related experience, strong P&L acumen, and fluency in Spanish as a plus. Competitive pay range and benefits support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5–10 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• P&L experience is highly desirable.
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains distribution center operations business plans including programs, P&L, and customer requirements.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and tracks data on orders.
• Provides guidance for a distribution center process plan including staffing, materials, safety, facilities, equipment, and customer-specific needs.
• Ensures costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met and coordinates with other functions and suppliers for optimal resource use.
• Trains staff to comply with company policies and regulations; manages on-site operations and supervision of multiple departments.
