Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required.
• Must have experience working in production based/fast paced environment.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production-related operations and development of company products, directly or via supervisors.
• Establishes production and quality control standards and manages budgets and costs.
• Guides manufacturing process planning, including staffing, materials, subcontractors, and equipment needs.
• Coordinates manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Reviews production reports and resolves operational delays to minimize costs.
