Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, strongly preferred.
• Requires 10–15 years of operations management experience.
• Requires strong high‑speed manufacturing experience.
• Continuous Improvement training and experience preferred.
• Multi‑shift operations experience preferred.
• Vinyl window & door experience preferred.
• Experience using procurement, operations, and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational aspects of a vinyl window and door manufacturing plant to achieve goals.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs while balancing quality and service.
• Support capital improvement projects and capital investments.
• Drive modern operations processes across departments to improve profitability.
