Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a location supervisor to lead on-site staff across our national network. You will delegate tasks, coach team members, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards while maintaining excellent guest relations.

In this role you will recruit, train, and onboard new hires, act as the primary liaison to the client or Property Manager, oversee maintenance, manage ticketing and cash flow, prepare regular operating reports, and address safety concerns

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in the parking industry, preferred.
• Previous experience using the Skidata PARCS system.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Supervise location staff, delegate, coach, and monitor performance.
• Recruit, select, and train new employees; develop onboarding plans.
• Serve as main contact to client or Property Manager; attend meetings and respond to requests.
• Monitor facility maintenance to keep garage/lot clean, safe, and up to standard.
• Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss.
• Review monthly profit and loss, adjust to meet budget goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates; address escalated concerns.
• Respond immediately to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
