You will translate strategic plans into shift-level execution, coach a team of managers, and drive improvements across processes, data analysis, and cost management to meet/beat targets and ensure strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of large multi-channel distribution centers and related technologies.
• Proven leadership ability and a coaching mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience guiding teams to meet or exceed operational and customer metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-wall shift operations, ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop weekly/seasonal/annual shift plans and monitor KPI performance.
• Coach and develop managers; build engagement and accountability across shifts.
• Collaborate with channel partners to align operational goals and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost per unit while maintaining service quality.
