Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Braselton, GA, seeks a Supervisor to lead a functional department within a shift structure, reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing 20-35 direct reports in an on-site environment.

You will drive culture, operational execution, and business-minded decisions, ensuring safety, accuracy and productivity while aligning with Carter’s core values and department KPIs. Must have servant leadership, accountability, problem solving, and ability to work in a distribution center

Qualifications

Must have servant leader with strong listening and communication skills who can build and motivate a team to achieve success while maintaining company values.
Accountability: maintain high standards, holding associates, peers and self-accountable to operational goals and expectations.
Problem solving: able to make sound business decisions, respond to opportunities, and mitigate problems
Ability to work in a distribution center environment with overtime and holidays; able to lift/carry cases up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Lead department within a shift structure to meet daily goals and KPIs.
Manage daily operations and ensure safe, efficient production to support overall operation.
Coach and develop team members, provide feedback, and address performance.
