You will lead a multi-shift operation, manage a team of managers, drive culture, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the distribution center. Responsibilities include translating strategic plans into shift execution, collaborating with channel partners, and delivering on KPI targets while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of large multi-channel distribution centers.
• Proven leadership ability including servant leadership, coaching and mentorship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with stakeholder management.
• Creative problem solving and process improvement focused on efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-wall shift operation within the facility.
• Drive culture and engagement across shifts and teams.
• Translate business plans into shift strategies and KPI targets.
• Monitor performance, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, headcount planning, and cost control for the shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service targets are met.
