You will oversee requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, verification and validation, and guide cost and risk management forDefense programs. Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience
• Eligible to obtain Security Clearance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently and in teams, handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle systems engineering: requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, verification and validation
• Oversee system concept development, design, prototyping, testing, installation, fielding and sustainment
• Transition advanced technologies into production baselines and operational systems
• Direct and support software and hardware integration; troubleshoot complex systems
• Develop system‑level requirements, CONOPS, mission needs, and interfaces
• Produce, review and approve system documentation (specifications, standards, test plans)
• Lead trade studies to optimize performance, cost, reliability and schedule
• Coordinate cross‑functional engineering activities and ensure customer satisfaction
