Elbit America is seeking a Senior Manager Operations (Finance) to oversee multiple programs, ensure financial accountability, and drive on-time, cost-efficient production. You will supervise production operations, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver quality products within schedule.

Responsibilities include proposals, risk analyses, and maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of functional experience in related field.
• 5+ years of functional experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Preferred experience: Union environment
• Preferred experience: Six Sigma / CORE Process Improvement
• Preferred experience: APQP & Lean Manufacturing
• Within one year of taking position: ESD, Safety Training, Manager Tool Kit

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional team(s) supporting assigned program(s) to meet production and customer schedules within cost and schedule requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and budgets.
• Prepare proposals including profit projections, risk analysis, and risk avoidance recommendations.
• Interface with customers on program matters and communicate status.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor labor and expense budgets and implement cost controls.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
