Elbit America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Supplier Quality Engineering in Fort Worth, TX to lead a team driving supplier performance and quality improvements across the product lifecycle.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Program Managers, and Corporate Quality to implement robust quality systems and preventative processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and hands-on ERP/MRP experience, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent with 12+ years of experience
• 5+ years in project or team leadership
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
• Experience embedding advanced quality concepts into NPI
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning software
• Ability to read blue prints and GD&T
• Knowledge of measurement tools and methods
• Experience with supplier quality management and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team to improve supplier performance and quality
• Monitor key supplier performance and lead reviews with internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain supplier quality systems and activities across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Corporate Quality to improve supplier performance procedures
• Drive front-end processes with innovative supplier performance management techniques
• Develop KPIs and Return to Green plans for supplier performance
• Participate in Supplier Corrective Action Review Boards
• Sponsor suspension of suppliers when needed
• Plan and budget resources for the department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
