The role requires deep understanding of harness manufacturing and MRP coordination, with emphasis on improving efficiency, maintaining AS 9100/ISO processes, and guiding staff on manufacturing processes for LM, Raytheon and development products.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Managing Resources in a production environment to achieve on-time delivery.
• Process flow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all departments within the organization to meet/exceed the customer requirements.
• Provide production status and advice on any issues affecting on-time deliveries.
• Manage manufacturing resources to optimize efficiency and continuously improve performance.
• Maintain manufacturing tooling and equipment to support production and ensure stock for production.
• Familiarization with AS 9100 and ISO requirements; coordinate PDRs and CDRs for new builds.
