Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a Senior Manager Supplier Quality Engineering in Fort Worth, TX. Lead a team to improve supplier performance, drive proactive quality, and ensure on-time delivery of quality parts. Establish partnerships with key suppliers and internal ESA groups to optimize performance and resources.

The role focuses on building world-class supplier networks, managing budgets, and driving preventative quality programs in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 12+ years of experience or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
• Experience embedding advanced quality concepts into New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP planning software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier engagement

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supplier Quality Engineers and collaborate with Supply Chain and Program Managers to ensure supplier quality performance
• Monitor and evaluate Key Supplier Performance
• Lead Supplier Performance Reviews with suppliers to review scorecard performance
• Work with new and existing suppliers across full product lifecycle to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems
• Collaborate with Corporate Quality team to develop and improve supplier performance procedures
• Drive Front End Processes to ensure innovative supplier performance management
• Identify and maintain supplier quality KPIs and Return to Green plans
• Initiate Zero-Defect Plans with suppliers to improve overall quality
